Samhain is often seen as the “end of the year” in the Pagan calendar. A time when the bridge between the physical and spirit dimensions of this world is felt to be the most “open”, it is a celebration of connection and honoring of our beloved ancestors. This is a potent time for ancestral honoring and healing work, and an important opportunity to contemplate our own role and standing as ancestors of the future yet to come. In this ceremony, we will honor the ancestor energy we hold and bring to the world. We invite you to bring a small offering for the fire that represents or honors an ancestor you wish to acknowledge as part of the ceremony.
Unable to attend every seasonal transition in person?
Every quarter, every season, The Spore online community gathers to ground into intention and care through Turning the Wheel. These seasonal online gatherings offer ritual, contemplation, and meditation to help orient us in time, space, and intention, serving as portals where, alone but together, we set intentions and move consciously into our careful days.
