Slow Flow Yoga
This class moves slowly and deliberately from start to finish, encouraging deep stretches and intentional movement. All bodies and levels welcome. Some yoga mats and blankets are available but feel encouraged to bring your own.
Angela was born and raised in Vermont, Angela began teaching while living in Northern California. A love for fitness and outdoor recreation lead her to create classes focused on mobility and intentional movement- finding the time to slow down, breathe, and create a deep connection to the body.
