Microdosing Protocols & Support
Learn to intuitively and effectively microdose psilocybin to leverage the ‘medicine of the moment’ and reclaim your presence, your wholeness, and your relationship to life.
The 21st century is loud. It's fast. It's extractive. Plastic wrapped, single serving 'solutions' for happiness, health, and belonging are being marketed left and right by western medicine, social media, health and wellness experts, and new age gurus, yet loneliness, anxiety, overwhelm, and disconnection have never been more prevalent.
The pills aren't working. Therapy has reached its limits. The problem has become harder to numb and distract your way out of and you are ready to try something real. Many people are turning toward Earth Medicine because something in them knows that there must be another way. Microdosing mushroom medicine is NOT a shortcut to happiness. It is NOT a miracle cure. It is NOT a productivity hack, performance booster, carnival ride, or short cut to a ‘new you.’
It is a relationship.
A relationship with: your nervous system, your conditioning, your grief, your creativity, your certainty, your body, and the Earth.
Microdosing mushrooms does not simply make you better. The practice reveals what’s real. It amplifies what’s true. It widens the aperture and reveals a path, and if you walk through that opening — and keep walking — it can help you to restore your own balance, reclaim your authenticity, return to your humility, and fully inhabit your (holy!) wholeness.
A well-held, high integrity, and reciprocal microdosing practice can change the complete trajectory of your life but the medicine requires something of you.
Intention. Commitment. Curiosity. Patience. Reciprocity. Courage. Practice.
Beana Bern has been in relationship with the mushrooms for over three decades and has been a dedicated servant to them professionally for nine years in her therapeutic practice at Rootstock. Her work microdosing protocol is best in class and her work with this medicine is unparalleled, (w)holistic, impactful, and designed to empower you to create an authentic relationship with psilocybin yourself and create your own intuitive practice. This is a simple, honest, effective, and beautiful path to learn, heal, and grow with this medicine.

WHAT IS EARTH MEDICINE?
The term ‘Earth Medicine’ may mean different things to different people, but in the context of this practice, Earth Medicine refers to psilocybin mushrooms, the five elements of water, fire, earth, air and ether, and the complex and sticky web of nature, both seen and unseen.
Earth Medicine could be the spirit of Mother Earth, the food you grow in your garden, the tea you drink in the morning, the flood that sweeps away your home, or the fire that burns bright in your belly begging you to create. It could be a bird song, a dense fog, a sunrise, a forest fire, or the sounds of water falling on the dishes in the sink. Many things comprise life on Earth so Earth Medicine is vast and plentiful and available to all of us.
The Mushroom Teachers have a way of cleaning the eyes in our hearts, slowing us down to the speed of nature, and sensitizing us to the present moment so that we can experience our lives, inhabit our relationships, and connect to our land and communities in good ways. Folks inside this practice consistently share that they experience:
Increased presence
Slower reactivity in challenging or triggering situations
More ease and willingness to surrender to the flow
Heightened senses and sensations in their bodies
Creative problem solving, new takes on old problems
Profound gratitude for the community & shared experience
Curiosity about themselves and their habits
Resonance, challenge, and curiosity with the various practices
Awareness that the practice is helping
